Octava Foundation E2 Emergency Fund

Octava Foundation aims to provide emergency short-term financial grants to students pursuing their studies in local Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) whose personal income or family’s income has been negatively affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The E2 Fund is particularly for students who have exhausted or been unable to access all other financial assistance or relief support provided by the Government and their IHLs, rendering them still unable to cover vital daily expenses that help them continue their education.

Please refer to the following information for more details on the Fund and how to apply.

Application Period

The Fund will remain open for applications until Octava Foundation decides to close the Fund.
